Business automation that connects your systems and removes manual work.

Integrations, workflows and automated reporting that take repetitive work out of your operations — and keep it out.

Most businesses run on a patchwork: a CRM here, accounting there, spreadsheets in between and a person copying data from one to the next. Every hand-off is a delay and a place for errors to creep in. Business automation is the discipline of closing those gaps.

Godji Tech designs and builds business process automation for organisations in South Africa and across the region. We connect the systems you already use, replace the manual steps with reliable workflows, and add the reporting that tells you what is happening without anyone compiling it.

We build automations as software — versioned, tested, monitored and documented — rather than a tangle of no-code zaps that nobody dares touch. When a step fails, you know; when the business changes, the automation can change with it.

What you get

What business automation covers.

  • System integrations

Two-way sync between your CRM, accounting, e-commerce, payroll, messaging and internal tools — via APIs, webhooks or scheduled jobs.

  • Workflow automation

Approvals, onboarding, order handling, invoicing and follow-ups that move automatically from step to step with the right people notified.

  • Automated reporting

Dashboards and scheduled reports that pull from your live systems, so month-end and weekly reviews stop being a manual exercise.

  • Messaging automation

WhatsApp, SMS and email notifications and confirmations triggered by real events in your systems.

  • Payments and reconciliation

M-Pesa, card and EFT payments captured, matched and posted automatically, with exceptions surfaced for review.

  • Monitoring and alerting

Every automation reports its own health. Failures alert a person; nothing silently stops.

FAQ

Questions we get about business automation.

What is business process automation?
Using software to perform the repetitive, rule-based steps in a business process — moving data between systems, sending notifications, generating documents, routing approvals — so people only handle the exceptions and the decisions.
Which processes should we automate first?
The ones that are frequent, rule-based and currently done by hand: invoice processing, customer onboarding, order-to-delivery updates, reconciliations and recurring reports. We start with a short audit to find the highest-return process and automate that first.
Can you integrate with the systems we already use?
Almost certainly. If a system has an API, an export, or even just email, we can connect it. We work with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business and many more.
Is this the same as using Zapier or Make?
Those tools are fine for simple, low-volume automations. When a process is core to the business, involves money, or needs to handle errors gracefully, we build it as proper software: tested, monitored and able to evolve. We will tell you honestly which approach fits.
How do you measure the return?
We agree a baseline before we start — hours per week, error rate, cycle time — and report against it after go-live. Most automations pay for themselves within months.
