- What is the difference between AI automation and AI solutions?
- AI automation focuses on removing repetitive work from existing processes. AI solutions is broader: assistants, knowledge systems, analysis tools and AI-powered features inside your own products. In practice most engagements combine both, and we scope them together.
- Can an AI assistant answer questions from our internal documents?
- Yes. We build retrieval-augmented systems that index your documents, policies and records and answer questions with citations to the source, respecting your existing permissions so people only see what they are allowed to see.
- How do you stop the AI making things up?
- By grounding answers in retrieved sources, constraining the model to those sources, validating structured outputs against rules, routing low-confidence cases to a person, and continuously measuring accuracy against a test set. No system is perfect, but a well-engineered one is reliable and transparent about its limits.
- Do we need our own data scientists?
